Description and scope:

Service: GII

Making complete, multi-discipline technical documentation and obtaining a building permit. Complete prefabrication, delivery, erection of devices and assembly of equipment: tapping runners and a bag filter with pulse regeneration of filter bags. Commissioning and optimization of installation work, handing over for operation.

Objective and result:

Improvement of working conditions in the Electric Furnace area, improvement of crew's comfort of work, improvement of safety conditions.

• Dust concentration in exhaust gases - on average: guaranteed at 1 mg/Nm³, obtained - 0.14 mg/Nm³;
• Dust concentration in exhaust gases - maximum: guaranteed at 3 mg/Nm ³, obtained - 0.4 mg/Nm³.
