Complete technical documentation for investment implementation

We prepare design documentation containing technical drawings and a detailed description of execution works based on building permit designs, basic designs and detailed designs, together with investment cost estimates. As a result, we provide documents presenting the design solutions for the planned investment, which form the basis for obtaining opinions, approvals, consents and permits, including the building permit and documentation approvals by the Office of Technical Inspection.

Detailed designs for execution, quality control and acceptance procedures

The detailed design, in turn, specifies the adopted design solutions in greater detail, taking into account the technology of carrying out the works, quality control and acceptance procedures, as well as the applied construction, structural and material solutions, architectural assumptions and the designed installation equipment and technical and technological facilities.

As-built documentation and formal acceptance records

In addition, we provide as-built documentation, including administrative permits, construction logs, partial and final acceptance protocols and technical drawings, forming the as-built documentation with changes introduced during the course of the works.

As a result, together with the design, the necessary documents related to its implementation and acceptance procedures are prepared.

BIM-based coordination, analysis and simulation

We work in an integrated BIM information system, which enables data to be collected in one place. As a result, we carry out advanced analyses and simulations of complex processes and structures. This allows us to improve the quality of our designs and prepare precise technical drawing diagrams that take into account applicable operating and economic conditions.
